Camping (safely) in the Bahamas

We want to want to inspire, encourage and safely support anyone wanting to hike/camp in the Bahamas.

Growing up I camped a few times under the amazing stars. I will not lie to you. It felt as if we were in our own little world. A different one then what majority is used to.

No light nor noise pollution, on a near empty deserted island with nothing but the sound of the waves crashing softly against the shore. Indescribable.

All I can say is that makes me just want others to experience that purity. Doing those things as my younger self, as well as a different time then now in 2022, we weren't concerned with taking photos, posting our stay. It was us, sand, water, fire and of course mosquitoes.. (remember to pack absolutely any and everything that helps against them!)

Here, we will post all locations and the best advice if you too would like to spend some nights in the raw! Best way to learn of the country I believe! Of course you can just head out on your own, wing it like we all do truthfully. But I feel it would be best to mention some of the do's and don'ts. Even if you're looking for companies that would take you camping, we got you covered there too.
